Medical and Vision Health Insurance
Agape provides Health Insurance through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. The two plans from which to choose are HealthKeepers (HMO) and KeyCare (PPO). Agape contributes half of the employee’s premium
Agape provides Dental Insurance as an additional benefit through Met Life. MetLife Preferred Dentist Program (PDP) is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) that is available as a group benefit to Agape employees. This plan provides a nationwide network of more than 100,000 participating dentist locations consisting of carefully credentialed general and specialty dentists, such as orthodontists, endodontists, and periodontists.
Long Term Care Insurance
Agape is pleased to offer employees a Long-Term Care Insurance Plan underwritten by MetLife. This voluntary benefit helps cover home care or community-based care, as well as nursing home care costs. The MetLife Multi-Life Discount Program is available to eligible members, their spouses (or surviving spouses), parents, parents-in-law, grandparents, grandparents-in-law and adult children ages 18 and older. A MetLife Long-Term Care Insurance policy can help serve as a safeguard against the possibility of a serious accident or illness, leaving the responsibility of your care to your loved ones or depleting your hard-earned savings to pay for the cost of care.
Agape wants to help you save for a financially secure retirement. We provide full time employees the opportunity to participate in the Savings Incentives Match Plans. 401K offers a number of savings incentives. With a 401K plan, you make pre-tax contributions to your retirement account, reducing your taxable income, and pay no taxes until you withdraw the money at retirement. Your Employee matches your contributions, dollar for dollar, up to 4% of your pay. The money you and your employer contribute to the plan is vested immediately.
